二 | 「私の息子は16歳のときに、同じ16歳の見知らぬ少年たちにいわれのない因縁をつけられ、何度も謝ってるにもかかわらず、一方的な暴行で殺されました」 【画像をみる】笑顔を見せる孝和さん（16） 「主人は怒りのような声を上げ、うちの家は地獄のような状態になった」 1996年11月、大阪市の高校1年生・武孝和さん（16）は、見知らぬ6人の少年たちにいわれのない因縁をつけられ、このうち1人の少年の一方的な暴力によって命を奪われました。事件が起きたのは、高校の文化祭の日でした。孝和さんは、文化祭を訪れた他校の少年たちにいわれのない因縁を付けられます。
三 | その後、少年たちは学校の外で孝和さんを待ち伏せをし、暴行を加えたというのです。孝和さんの母親が1月14日、環太平洋大学（岡山市東区）を訪れ、教員を目指す学生たちに、自身の苦しい経験を通じ少年犯罪の現実を伝えました。【第2話】「夜中1人泣きながら遺書を書いたこともあった…」から続く ■少年法は何も教えてくれない 突然孝和さんを失った家庭は、「地獄のような状態」に陥ったと振り返ります。
四 | 当時の法律や社会には、被害者を支える仕組みが整っていませんでした。少年法の壁により、事件の内容や加害者の名前など知ることができなかったといいます。（孝和さんの母親） 「うちの家はもう、地獄のような状態になったんですね。なぜかというと、例えば法律、少年法は何も教えてくれない、言えない、息子のために何もできないわけです」 「意見一つ、息子の代わりに言えないわけです。
五 | 辛いわけです。もうその悲しさを自分たちで消化しなきゃいけないんだけど、できないわけです。もう家族だけでは支えきれませんでした」 ■変わり果てた生活「ご飯も食べてはいけない」 （孝和さんの母親） 「まずは、皆さんが普通にしてる日常生活が送れなくなるんですね。まず『ご飯を食べてはいけない』と思ったんです」 「息子は死んでしまったからご飯食べれない、おいしいものなんて一生食べれないわけです。息子ができないことは全部してはいけない、って当時思っていました」 「力を入れて生きていたんです。
六 | 買い物も行けなくなったわけです。
七 | だからご飯も食べられない、作れない、買い物も行けない。そういう、皆さんが本当に普通にしてる生活が送れなくなったんです」。
