一 |     The Filmfare OTT Awards 2025 is all set to take place today, December 15, bringing together the best talent from the world of web series and digital films. The preparations are already in full swing, with the red carpet ready and excitement buzzing among fans and industry insiders alike.     The grand event will begin from 3 PM onwards, promising an afternoon and evening packed with glamour, celebration and entertainment. The awards ceremony will be held at the luxurious JW Marriott, Mumbai, which is expected to host some of the biggest names from the film and OTT space.          This year’s edition of the Filmfare OTT Awards is co-powered by Hyundai and Blenders Pride Fashion Tour, adding style and elegance to the prestigious night. From stunning red-carpet looks to exciting award announcements, the evening is expected to be a visual treat.     The show will be hosted by Sayani Gupta and Amol Parasher, they are known for their sharp wit and lively presence. With their engaging commentary and fun energy, the hosts are expected to keep the audience entertained throughout the ceremony.          Several popular stars are expected to attend the event. Among the big names likely to grace the evening are Ananya Panday, Jaideep Ahlawat, Sanya Malhotra, along with many other actors and creators from the OTT space. Their presence is sure to add star power and excitement to the night. From intense dramas to light-hearted comedies, the awards recognise the growing impact of OTT platforms on Indian entertainment     With awards, fun commentary, stylish appearances and unforgettable moments lined up, the Filmfare OTT Awards 2025 promises to be a memorable night celebrating the best of digital storytelling.     Also Read:Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sons Taimur & Jeh Meet Lionel Messi in Mumbai。    ■ 本报记者 佟玲          　　日前，连山区总工会第五届女职工委员会第一次全体会议在连山文化中心会议室召开，大会选举产生了新一届连山区总工会女职工委员会。会上，连山区总工会党组成员、副主席付作臣总结回顾了连山区总工会第四届女职工委员会在过去五年中的工作成绩和亮点。连山区总工会第四届女职工委员会团结带领全区各级工会女职工组织，立足服务振兴发展、服务职工群众，忠诚履职尽责，助力连山经济社会发展，维护女职工合法权益和特殊利益做出积极努力，全区工会女职工工作取得了新成效。         　　深化思想政治引领，凝聚巾帼建功新征程的磅礴力量          　　全区各级工会女职工组织以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神以及区委工作部署，认真落实区总工会各项工作安排。一是广泛开展“喜迎党的二十大”等主题宣传教育活动，广泛开展“中国梦·劳动美”“学党史·我为群众办实事”等主题宣传教育活动，成功举办了“庆祝中国共产党成立99周年诗歌朗诵大赛”等大型职工文化活动，广泛开展时代楷模、道德模范、最美人物、身边好人等学习宣传活动。二是持续开展女职工“玫瑰书香”主题阅读和征文活动。三是不断深化“培育好家风——女职工在行动”主题实践活动，推动形成社会主义家庭新风尚。         　　助力职工成长成才，服务高质量发展争当新时代楷模          　　贯彻落实新发展理念，持续5年推进连山区产业工人队伍建设改革，努力造就一支有理想守信念、懂技术会创新、敢担当讲奉献的产业工人队伍。组织职工先后开展“践行新理念、建功十三五”“当好主人翁、建功新时代”等主题劳动和技能竞赛，在深化供给侧结构性改革、推动连山高质量发展中展现作为。联合基层工会先后组织开展了“连山区护理技能竞赛”等活动，参赛女职工达4000人次。大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神，不断推进产业工人技术创新活动，充分发挥劳模工匠精神的示范引领作用。

二 |          　　夯实女工组织阵地，源头参与维护女职工的特殊利益          　　全区各级工会女职工组织规范化水平不断提高，制度机制不断健全，女职工组织建设不断向“两新组织”“八大群体”延伸，截至去年底，全区工会女职工组织达到430个，专兼职女职工干部2000余人。         　　区总工会女职委加大源头参与力度，多措并举，助推女职工合法权益和特殊利益得到有效维护。全区女职工权益保护专项集体合同签订数量稳步上升，女职工合法权益和特殊利益得到进一步保障。持续开展“女职工维权行动月”活动，5年来，全区广泛开展普法宣传活动,组织各基层工会女职工开展知识答题竞赛活动，提高了维权月活动的影响力。
